Ali and his crew did an amazing job with my residential garage floor, from the start the quote was done in a timely manner and all details were discussed thoroughly. They worked well with my busy schedule to begin the job and wasted no time with the process. The crew battled some colder temps and some windy conditions but overcame those and finished the job. I had Coat Systems recently coat my backyard and sides of my house in order to beautify the concrete.They covered up my old broom-finish concrete and brought style, colour and covered up the visible cracks. This was completed with epoxy, flakes and then protected with a polyaspartic coating.The sales rep Ali was knowledgeable and communicating was easy. The installation team led by Roland also did a great job over the two days. I had a very good experience with Coat Systems and recommended them for concrete overlays.

In June 2023, just months ago, my contractor hired Coat System Inc to do epoxy flooring in one of my franchisee locations. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was not a great one.The initial job was horrible, with dents, shoe prints and a very visible uneven finish.This terrible job was blamed on my contractor because he was willing to remove the existing floor and level it himself and apparently to Coat Systems, the floor was not in the correct condition which resulted in their patchy work.My rebuttal to Coat System Inc was that this is a commercial property in a prime location in Oakville. Coat Systems should not allow another company to prep the flooring. And if the flooring wasn’t prepared correctly why did you go ahead with the job, a bad job done is a terrible representation of their company.After a few weeks of discussion and waiting for their Availability, I paid them to come back and chose the most expensive finish to get this over with and open up the store, not to mention had to canceled training, grand openings, ect because everything was delayed until the floor was resolved.The new flooring was done much better, still wasn't crazy about it but I wanted to move on.June, July, August,September and the floors are terrible.The light gray heavy flake that was once even in colour and texture throughout the store is now full of indents and shadows, leaving a really dirty look behind. We are not a restaurant with heavy foot traffic, we serve smoothies and smoothie bowls, we have the same cleaning company we use at all locations, and I am really shocked at how terrible this experience was even more so now that I've used a different company for another location with amazing results.I wouldn't recommend Coat System Inc. you can see the photos for yourself.

Mark and his team were absolutely 💯 outstanding! They did such an amazing job 👏.. very thorough, very professional, my family are amazed, super happy with the backyard finish...all my neighbors, guests who have come over to see, the first thing to come out of their mouths was "WOW, that looks amazing "...Mark and his team, never cheated on materials, they used alot, Mark was very focused on detail, he had a very good vision on the project...there was never a slightest inch that was missed...my backyard looks like a resort 😀...I would highly recommend Mark and his team COAT systems to anyone who's looking for getting epoxy done...Also adding, they educate you on the process before they start, letting you know, what they will use and step by step procedures...very professional...thankyou again Mark and his team, congratulations on your great success!
